UPLOAD STL. PRICE THE PART.
Skip the back-and-forth RFQ loop. Wyntek prices printable files from geometry, material, and machine time so you can move from CAD to submitted job without waiting for a manual quote.
WHAT LEAVES THE LAB
- Material and machine selection
- Credit estimate based on material and time
- Printable file upload workflow
- Tracked job after submission
- Photos and updates during production
FROM FILE TO PART
- 01
Upload
Drop in STL, OBJ, 3MF, or STEP. The platform checks file size and extracts the basic build data needed for quoting.
- 02
Configure
Choose FDM, SLA, or SLS, then select material, layer height, supports, and finish requirements.
- 03
Price
Credits are calculated from material use plus machine time. You see the estimate before submitting.
- 04
Submit
Confirm the job and the lab takes over. You can track status, comments, and shipping from the dashboard.
REAL JOB PATTERNS
Representative build profiles, shown as process guidance rather than polished portfolio theatre.
| Part | Process | Material | Spec | Timeline |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Electronics enclosure lid | FDM | PETG | 0.2mm layers, 25% infill | Same-day queue |
| Small sensor bracket | SLA | Tough resin | Fine detail, smooth finish | 48-hour first article |
| Clip-fit prototype shell | SLS | Nylon PA12 | No support scars | Batch scheduled |
What affects the quote
The main drivers are part volume, machine time, process, material, support requirements, and finish. FDM is the lowest-cost path; SLA and SLS cost more but handle detail, surface finish, or stronger nylon parts better.
When a quote needs review
Some files need human review: oversized parts, risky thin walls, assemblies, tight tolerances, unusual materials, or prints that may need splitting and bonding.
COMMON QUESTIONS
- Can I get a 3D printing quote without a phone call?
- Yes. Upload a supported file, configure the process and material, and Wyntek returns a credit estimate before you submit the job.
- What files can I upload for an instant 3D printing quote?
- STL, OBJ, 3MF, and STEP are the most common. Wyntek also accepts IGES, SLDPRT, F3D, and DXF where the geometry is suitable.
- Is there a minimum order?
- No. You can quote and submit a single part, then scale into batches when the design is ready.
