HOW CREDITS WORK

Credits are calculated from a simple formula: material consumed plus machine time, weighted by machine type. FDM is intentionally cheap — it's how we get you hooked.

FORMULA

credits = (grams × material_rate) + (minutes × machine_rate)

COMMON QUESTIONS

Credits are based on material used (grams) plus machine time (minutes), weighted by machine type. FDM is the cheapest — a typical PLA print might cost 5-15 credits. CNC jobs cost more due to higher machine rates.

You can buy add-on credit packs anytime, or enable auto-overage to keep building without interruption. If neither is active, new job submissions are paused until your next billing cycle.

Your credit cost is calculated from material weight and machine time, with rates varying by material and service type. The formula is: (material grams × material rate) + (machine minutes × machine rate). Select your material and service when submitting a job to see the exact rates.
