CNC MACHINING FAQ

COMMON QUESTIONS

Upload a STEP, IGES, or DXF file, choose your material and finish, and get an instant quote. Our automated CNC mills machine the part, software runs the lab, and a human inspects every part before it ships with an inspection report.

Aluminium, steel, and titanium. All three are production-grade metal stock, machined by milling and turning, and every part ships with an inspection report.

Standard tolerance is ±0.2mm, tight tolerance is ±0.1mm, and precision-class jobs hold ±0.05mm. Every part is scanned and inspected before dispatch, included with every job.

CNC milling and turning. Our machines handle prototype and short-run parts in aluminium, steel, and titanium, from simple brackets to multi-setup precision components.

STEP (.step / .stp) is preferred for solid-body geometry. IGES, SLDPRT, F3D, and DXF (for 2D profiles) are also accepted. Maximum file size 250MB per upload.

Most parts ship within three days. Larger batches and complex multi-setup jobs ship in 3 to 5 business days. You can track every job live through the dashboard.
